As an authorized channel partner, we have direct access to exclusive projects, preferential pricing, and official project information. However, all final property transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective developers.
While we facilitate property transactions and provide advisory services, the ultimate sale agreement is between the buyer and the developer. Matrix Acres acts as a facilitator and consultant in these transactions.
